Fire Stations
Sutherlin's Fire Station 1 is located downtown at 250 S State Street
Fire Station 1 was originally built as the City of Sutherlin Public works shop in 1968. It was converted into the fire station with an addition of living quarters in 1996. Station 1 houses the administrative offices as well as the on duty crew. Fire Apparatus that are housed at station one include the following:
1631: 2020 HME Type - 1 Fire Engine
1651: 1992 Pierce 65’ Ladder Truck
1661: 2000 Pierce Water Tender
1630: 1996 Pierce Type - 1 Fire Engine
1681: 2022 Ford F450 Type 6 Brush Fire Engine
1680: 2007 Ford F450 Type 6 Brush Fire Engine
Fire Station 2 was built in the 1983. Station 2 houses our off duty student firefighters. Fire Apparatus that are housed at station 2 include the following:
1632: 1993 Pierce Type-1 Fire Engine
1682: 2021 Ford F450 Type 6 Brush Fire Engine
