Central Park is located in the center of town between S. Willamette and Umatilla Streets. These 4.2 acres host many events through out the year. It's home to the historical train engine and caboose, our Community Center 14,000 square foot Splash Pad (the first in Douglas County!) and most recently completed multi-use event stage. It is also the home to our new holiday lighting display which can be seen during the whole month of December. You will also find tennis and basketball courts, picnic tables and a covered pavilion. Central Park is heavily utilized and highly popular to residents of Sutherlin.
