Finance Director, Tami Trowbridge
The financial operations of the City of Sutherlin are planned and directed by the Finance Department. It establishes and sustains controls over the City's financial activities and provides accurate, timely financial information to the Council and Management. Finance coordinates the annual budget preparation and administration in accordance with Oregon Budget Law. The Department analyzes the City's financial condition, invests funds, coordinates bond financing, ensures compliance with tax laws and bond covenants, and recommends financial policies to the City Manager and Council. It maintains the integrity of the City's accounting records and facilitates the annual audit. Office hours are Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.
