Level - Pay Program
Level-Pay is a water billing service designed to provide qualified utility customers with level, or equal, monthly water bills to mitigate the monthly fluctuations of water bills . Only water system customers with good account history may be permitted to be enrolled in the Level-Pay Program.
The city will annually recalculate and renew the Level-Pay cycle for currently enrolled customers during the month of February each year. Click here for more information at the Level-Pay form.
The completed form can be mailed to or dropped of at City Hall at 126 E Central, Sutherlin, OR 97479. You can also email your form to utilities@ci.sutherlin.or.us . For additional questions, please call 541-459-2856
