Signing up for new service?

We have a new way for customers to sign up for both Residential and Commercial Water & Sewer Service and pay deposits instantly!  Click on the link "Request new Water/Sewer Service" located on the left. Then click on the "Create a New Account" link for the online application through Xpress Bill Pay!  

Customers who do not wish to sign up for new  service and pay a deposit via online Xpress Bill Pay Services link will need to contact City Hall at 541-459-2857 or utilities@ci.sutherlin.or.us for more information.
